Manohar has over 18 years of experience in various roles in sales, marketing, customer support and project management. Prior to founding Gallop, he managed account relationship with several high profile Fortune 500 companies. Manohar started his career as a research and development engineer which gives him a unique advantage at working with new technologies/products.

Manohar believes in building an enterprise that drives significant and consistent financial value for clients by providing quality IT solutions and services. A distinctive entrepreneurial spirit drives everything that he does - forging relationships with clients, strategic partners and more importantly the employees.

Manohar cherishes simple things that bring immense joy in our lives. His other interests include film making and renewable sources of energy.

Mahendra AlladiVice President, Technology and Engineering

Mahendra has over 12 years of experience in IT development, delivery and management. He brings in a wealth of experience and innovation in the technology space and strongly believes in Quality First approach to delivery. He is adept with a wide range of technologies in the IT space.

In the capacity of VP, Technology, Mahendra is responsible to formulate and drive Gallop's strategic direction in R&D. He is also responsible for Gallop's Consulting and Professional Services delivery.

Mahendra holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. He was instrumental in the conceptualization and development of Gallop's WinQuick and RoboQuick technologies.

Steven O'NeillExecutive Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Steven has over 25 years of enterprise software & services sales experience at companies such as NCR Corporation, AT&T, and Microsoft. In addition to leading the sales relationships with some of America's largest corporations, O'Neill has served in senior-level roles in marketing, alliance management, partner management, and team development.

In the capacity of Executive VP, Sales, Steven is responsible for leading Gallop's world-wide sales and business development efforts.

Martin SchmidtDirector on the Board

Martin has over 20 years of IT experience spanning the Defense, Retail and Manufacturing industries. He has led software development teams on projects such as Neiman Marcus point of sale systems, Michaels Arts and Crafts merchandising systems and General Dynamics F16 flight simulators. Martin is now an expert in Oracle product integration solutions and real-time client/server architectures. He is a staunch believer in standard software development methodology but with the added integration of rapid-prototyping to ensure that the customer is involved earlier in projects from a hand-on "visual" perspective to enhance the ultimate success of projects.
